You can cancel your NinjaHackz subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard on the website. There are no cancellation fees and no need to contact support — the process is self-service and takes effect immediately.
Cancellation is immediate and cannot be undone. Once you confirm the cancellation, your subscription will not renew. You cannot reinstate the same subscription — you would need to purchase a new one.

How to cancel your subscription

Log in to your account

Go to the NinjaHackz website and log in to your account using your email address and password.

Open your account dashboard

Navigate to your account dashboard. This is where you manage your subscription, download software, and access your license key.

Go to billing or subscription settings

Find the billing or subscription section of your dashboard. Your current plan and renewal date are displayed here.

Cancel your subscription

Select the option to cancel your subscription and confirm when prompted. The cancellation takes effect immediately.

What happens after you cancel

After you cancel, your subscription does not renew at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to the software until the billing period expires — no access is removed early.
You retain access to all NinjaHackz software until your current billing period ends. No features are removed early. Once the period ends, your access is discontinued.
Your account remains active after cancellation. You can log in to re-subscribe or download the software again if you’re still within your access period.
If you want to regain access after your billing period ends, you can purchase a new subscription at any time from the NinjaHackz website.

Refund policy

NinjaHackz does not offer refunds on any purchases or subscriptions. Because software is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are final. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date.

If you’re unsure about a full subscription, the trial option lets you access NinjaHackz for a small one-time fee. It’s a lower-risk way to evaluate the software before signing up for a recurring plan.
