Payment security

All transactions on NinjaHackz are processed securely. Your payment details are encrypted and handled by our payment processor — NinjaHackz does not store your full card number or financial credentials.

Choosing your payment method

At checkout, enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted. Your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

If your payment is declined

Make sure the card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address you entered match exactly what your bank has on file. Even a small mismatch can cause a decline.
Ensure your account has sufficient funds or available credit to cover the purchase. Contact your bank if you’re unsure.
If one method is declined, try a different card or switch to PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Multiple payment options are available at checkout.
Some banks flag unfamiliar transactions and block them as a precaution. Call the number on the back of your card to authorize the charge, then try again.
If you’ve tried the steps above and your payment still won’t go through, contact NinjaHackz support for help resolving the issue.
Once a payment succeeds, your software download and license key are available immediately in your account dashboard. A confirmation email is also sent within seconds. If your payment failed, no charge is made and no order is created.
