Use Grenades for lineup helpers and an optional live trajectory for the grenade in your hand. Open the menu with N, then open the Grenades tab.

Enable Lineup Guide

Turn on Lineup Guide to show stand circles and the aim marker. The left color on that row is the plaque. The right color is the stand.

Optional Throw Note

Turn on Throw Note for action text on the plaque. The color on that row is the aim marker.

Optional Metres

Turn on Metres to show distance on the plaque.

Grenade Trajectory

Grenade Trajectory is marked beta and writes CS2 game memory.
Test Show Trajectory in a local bot match first. Memory writes are riskier than reads and can break after a CS2 update.

Enable Show Trajectory

Turn on Show Trajectory to draw the path of the grenade in your hand. The color on that row is the path.

Set Thickness

Adjust Thickness for the line width.
